CRIME DECLINED SHARPLY IN U.K. CANNABIS TEST "The south London borough which is piloting a scheme to treat cannabis offenders more leniently has seen a dramatic drop in the level of street crimes. | Thanks a lot for your continuing efforts. As others have said, the show quality keeps improving! BTW, the lack of on-air smoking is OK with me. Not doing so may add more legitamacy to the show for those "un-converted" viewers. |

| Shiva is the Lord of bhang (hemp) and for a baby born from Renee Boje this name is totally apropriate. Shiva is a common name in India and hopefully this child well be one of the forces that busts away the fetter's of prohibition. |
