I thought this episode wasn't very funny, and it promoted the idea that med-pot users are fakes, and that med-pot makes you stupid and irresponsible. Bad episode, likely funded bu the US government.

Great episode. Humor is the front line of activism. It allows those of us who can read betwen the lines a chance to laugh a the injustices that permeate life. Some pot heads are stupid, others are not. It's not like Homer was a nuclear physicist.

Did anyone see this on Fox when it was first broadcast? The 'King of the Hill' episode before it had 2 ads for antidrug.com, which I've never seen before or since. I think the feds funded the episode, just like they have infiltrated so many other shows.

I liked this episode alot. Homer seemed to improve as a character on pot; happier, more friendly, better parent, spoke clearly, and he made more money to boot. It also pointed out that med-pot is up to the state, and not the federal gov't. Good Show!

they're exaggerating the effects for the laugh factor, but it looked bad to me, it will again give non-smokers the wrong impression of what herb really is and really does for the person using it.

The US gov't has already colluded with networks to insert anti-drug messages into scripts for shows including ER, Chicago Hope, Beverly Hills 90210, the Drew Carey Show, the Wayans Brothers, Cosby, Smart Guy, and Seventh Heaven. So why not the Simpsons?

I agree with Dana - The show was slanted terribly. I looked between the lines - Yes, the funny cool scenes were there - making a point, but on the whole it was negatively (and poorly as this season is proving to be) done.
