| As a compasionate people it is our duty to help our drug warrior brothers to see the light. I suggest random reality testing. If they fail, they should be given the choice of a reality treatment program or jail (or at least loss of job). |

| Police should relaize law is not static, and it should not be. The idea is whats best for the country, not just enforcing todays law, but looking at what could be changed to make it better. |

| Cuomo has a good idea, but it will of course be destroyed by law infringement. They'll say, " lets fix the problem that the voters have with our enforcement practices by instead of decriminalizing, we target more whites to even out the statistics. |

| The mice had the cannabinoid receptors taken from their brains; comparing that to humans who we have no evidence of cannabinoid receptor deficiency beyond our own prejudicial judgements of their behaior alleging to match the physically altered mice's. |
