MORE NEWS ABOUT OSBURN BUST

Lynn and Judy Osburn were arrested during an early morning raid at their home Tuesday as Drug Enforcement Administration agents seized 32 marijuana plants. Both appeared in federal court Wednesday afternoon on charges of manufacturing a controlled substance and maintaining a drug establishment. Judy Osburn's bond was set at $120,000.

A CRASH COURSE ON FIGHTING THE NARCO-WARRIORS
"Vancouver, on Canada's west coast, is proving to be a nightmare for those who insist on fighting the war on drugs. From constitutional court challenges to the creation of the largest medicinal marijuana club in the country, this Pacific Coast city is full of activists who are organizing against the drug warriors."

WHY ON EARTH IS MARIJUANA STILL ILLEGAL?
"The fear is that permitting medical use will be a slippery slope and doctors will not hesitate to provide scripts to all users of marijuana. So what?"

Steve, now it's your turn to take care of Michele. Remember what doctor Bob said about chicken soup and the CB2 receptor. :-)

Yeee Haww! I'm so happy for you Steve. You and wife have fought so hard. Not so much for yourself; but all patients. And Dr. Melamede's report further points to the Creators intent in giving us this amazing plant. I'm almost moved to tears. Praise God.

Nice CBC column. Too bad it's 2 YEARS OLD! Folks, It got posted on Cannabis news just recently, but the article was posted to cbc.ca back in August of 2000. Keep an eye out for those publishing dates! Otherwise, a fine show :-)

Is it possible that they busted the Osburns because they have failed to get an indictment of the LACRC from two LA grand juries? If they can't get an indictment from TWO grand juries -- that's really interesting. Federal grand jury nullifcation? Hmmm.

Upon hearing the grim news, I began to grow magic mushrooms. I grew and consumed the mushrooms for 8 years. Doctors say its a miracle I am still alive, but I suspect the shrooms played a part. Sadly, we will never know.

Awesome stories and analysis! CBC is a government-funded station. In the same way the RCMP raided BCCCS while Rock talk to Black, the different branches of government aren't required to agree.
