| Having a lot of trouble hearing your program today. It took me 45 minutes to watch the first 14 minutes of the show because RealPlayer kept disconnecting. Several hours later (6:48pm), the video and audio are terrible---totally inaudible,too. |

| Trouble viewing the news. I have been able to view the other programs with less problems. Symptoms include; garrbled audio, digital break up in the video, disconnection. |

| Thats just a comment to evoke an extreme emotional response. It will NEVER happen. US has enough problems with their own. Britain wouldnt tolerate it anyhow. They wont toy with Britain. |

| 20 seconds of show and 2 minutes of rebuffering. Been having this problem for two or three weeks now. I assume it is because of growth in viewership, which is great, but can you do something about it? |
