OTTAWA WILL CONSIDER DECRIM A spokesman for B.C. Marijuana Party president Marc Emery described the Throne Speech reference as "positive," but noted that the party advocates full-scale legalization as opposed to decriminalization. NEVADA CONFERENCE EXAMINES MEDPOT At a symposium held in conjunction with the American Academy of Pain Management's annual meeting, scientists discussed their latest research and the obstacles they face trying to develop marijuana for medicinal uses. UK LICENCE GRANTED FOR CANNABIS A large trial of cannabis-based medicines has produced compelling evidence that they can help to reduce pain, say scientists. GW Pharmaceuticals has been given a licence by the UK government to test a range of cannabis-based prescription medicines. FEDS REFUSE TO ALLOW MEDICAL MARIJUANA The dispute over medical marijuana has turned into a war of words, providing yet more proof of a deepening conflict between California and the U.S. Justice Department over medical marijuana. | Doctors need to be permitted to explain that euphoria is an indicator of pain relief. Has progress replaced truth and justice in the courts? P.S. The close-ups of clones run clearly on my pc. |

being from scotland so have no real idea about american policies state opr otherwise. but does the stance currently taken on medical marijuana comp 2 15 mean that if a state does not allow the death penalty the feds can fry em anyway? just a thought.

To bad that there isn't a citizen group of individuals or perhaps a few wealthy ones to take Lockyer to court and force him to do his job or at least publicly embarras him. One love

The blue screen background always detracts from the image quality. The real backgrounds are superior. There should be more exclusive content; rather that being a news clearinghouse, you should be the primary source. !

I agree... the bluescreen doesn't work on such a heavily compressed video stream. Perhaps it would be better if you used paint instead of fabric. Lighting is a big one though.. you look quite dark, that blanket you have up is eating up your light.

I don't think Bill Lockyer yet realizes that his present inaction on states' rights and upholding the will of the voters concerning mmj is going to make his bid for the governorship of Calif very treacherous. Until he begins to act, we can put the heat on

For the bluescreen background to work effectively it needs to be a specific blue. It also needs to be a smooth matte surface, lit well and flatly. It was great to see you "in" your grow room though! How about doing a show from INSIDE the actual grow room?

Voters, dump Lockyer for an A.G. with some courage. Also, only 16 of Cal's 52 Reps have signed up for HR 2592 (Barney Franks States Rights to med mj bill). We need more to sign on or vote them out, especially in the Free States that are directly affected

What's really sickening about the DEA's invasion of California is that even the Supreme Court has already acknowledged that the States Rights issue has not been addressed. At some point they will have to determine if our bill of rights is still in effect.
