A BANNER DAY FOR PROP. 215
The Conant decision is a delicious treat for all who believe in the sanctity of the physician-patient relationship, the autonomy of the states to legislate on matters of health, and the efficacy of medical marijuana. It's time, however, for the federal government to stop its nasty tricks and let Californians get on with their business without further interference from the DEA.

Decriminalization IS a compromise. The fact that cannabis was CRIMINALIZED to begin with is insane enough. I can't help but feel sorry for the people who still subscribe to the rhetoric and propaganda of ages (and politicians) gone by. BTW, good show!

I love my country; but boy do we have this War On Med Marijiuana Patients all backwards. Guerilla farming by Criminal Cash Croppers usually results in harvesting inferior grade medicine. "Once you tried the best you never want to go back to the rest."

I've said it before, but always mean it.. best show, so far! What better way to acknowledge six years of prop 215 than for the 9th Circuit to stand up with courage. Gov. Davis, please pardon the Kubby's and offer them protection in California. God bless.

the t.o. police union is suing the t.o. star for 2.? billion. claiming each of its officers deserve 300,000.00 for a report which critisized the police dept.. these are intimidation tactics (the only tactic the police know.)
