Despite overwhelming rejection by the voters and serious questions raised by fellow reformers, Robert Kampia, director of the Washington, D.C.-based Marijuana Policy Project tells the Associated Press, "We're going to target a state in the next two to four year for the same proposal." | Only when marijuana is legal will the patient be able to grow or purchase the amount of quality marijuana that they need without fear. The law does not concern itself with who has alcohol or tobacco and how much they have. |

| The Kubbys are right: this is a "grass roots" cultural revolution. The government has no business selling pot - private enterprise can and will step in to provide legal marijuana products when responsible initiatives are passed. |
