FEDS TOO SOFT ON DRUGS: COPS OTTAWA -- Criminals are getting off too easy as neighbourhoods across Canada are endangered by huge secret pot-growing operations, police groups charged this Tuesday. HIGH TIMES FOR GROW OPS DESPITE BUSTS Last week -- in just a seven-day period -- Vancouver Police raided more than 60 grow ops, part of a coordinated nationwide crackdown. RETURN POT TO AILING B.C. MAN, RCMP TOLD The RCMP weren't pleased that charges were dropped or with the prospect of returning Mr. Kubby's pot, Sergeant Danny Willis of the Sechelt Division said. "That's the way the system works and we can make our feelings known but the ultimate decision is theirs [the Crown's] and we have to respect that.
