Not in "Dogtown". They're all very competent in that movie. Same with "Dazed" - everyone smokes, and Slater wasn't incompetent at all.

I credit pot with nothing less than keeping me alive. During my 20s (now 47) I would have taken my life due to depression without it. Although I'm better now, it's still very important to my mental health.
