| Seems to me that since the federal government sanctions the growing and distribution of cannabis to a number of compassionate use patients that they in fact recognize medical use and that evidence should be allowed |

| I take back the nice things I said about Judge Breyer. He seems like a real evil old ba. I wonder if the courts considered that what Mr. R. and Oakland were doing (providing cuttings to patients) was an effort to comply with the Supreme Court ruling. |

| also, beware California. The 'Homeland Security' office has moved up their terror alert to code orange (or whatever it is) for high risk. The last time they did this the DEA terrorist attacked California sick and dieing patients. peace, love and yogurt. |
