LOCKYER'S PROSECUTION OF DR. MIKURIYA OUTRAGES ACTIVISTS CALIFORNIA -- "It seems that Dr. 4 has been targeted for being knowledgeable and outspoken," says Debby Goldsberry, director of a medical marijuana care facility on San Pablo Avenue. "Patients are afraid of losing his expert care and advice. Everybody’s wondering, ‘Who’ll be next?’" COLIN DAVIES DENIED FREEDOM MANCHESTER, ENGLAND -- Jailed cannabis campaigner Colin Davies will remain behind bars after a judge ruled a prison governor was right not to release him for smoking the cannabis. Davies, who opened the country's first cannabis coffee shop in Stockport, was due to be freed last month under the early release scheme, but he was kept in jail after testing positive for cannabis. COMPASSION CLUBS FINALLY ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO HEALTH CANADA OTTAWA"The Compassion Clubs are stakeholders in the development of these regulations - we have been successfully providing cannabis to ill Canadians for over 6 years with no government involvement," said Hilary Black, founder of the British Columbia Compassion Club Society. "Members of (the medpot regulations) committee are deeply invested in the status quo of prohibition, and are influencing the creation of these regulations which cater to prohibition, not to the healthcare agenda." ASIAN GANGS FEARS FUEL BIGGER BUDGETS BRITISH COLUMBIA -- Lax laws have made Canada, and especially B.C., a "haven" for indoor marijuana grow operations, raising fears of a violent turf war in B.C.'s Lower Mainland between the Hells Angels and Vietnamese gangs, according to an RCMP report. SPECIAL NOTE: Pot TV News will report this Wednesday on the Ed Rosenthal Trial and compelling new evidence that the U.S. Prosecutor lied to obtain a grand jury indictment against Ed. [Reply to This]

I loved what Steve Kubby eneded with, talking about families supporting themselves through entreprenuerial ventures, and I completely agree. I think families should not have to live in fear of losing everything just because the gov't/law agencies disagree

Another great show! Steve, you are exactly correct in your summation. Intelligent rats should leave the ship before it sinks. Take care of yourselves, I hope health wise all is good. Thanks again.

Things are incredibly tough in the states right now... The positive attitude your program portrays falls nothing short of a blessing. I have lost two very special friends lately, and Steve's speech at the end of the show made me tear. Cheers!

Outstanding reporting and commentaries M+S! I heard that same racist bullshit from "correctional staff" in 1997 about how violent Asians were. Violent people are of many and diverse ethnic background. To pick on one group like that is pure racism.

As I continue stay abreast with the cannabis culture by watching your show, it makes me want to cry for the plight of the sick and dying. That my God fearing nation is on the wrong side of this issue, though He plants the seeds of knowledge through POTTV

One of the most interesting examples of a radical independence and stand of faith is of Daniel and his friends who refused to partake of the king's meat but instead chose to eat pulse. They all were healthier and robust as a result. Dan 1:15
