I think that one reason for the high arrest numbers in B.C. is that you are so open with pot there (maybe the cops put out the myth that they wont arrest)

Accually Marijuana is legal in Amsterdam and in many other places (Japan, Arizona (as long as it is bought from a licensed dealer), The Nederlands (My bosses are from there and you can only carry 3.5grams on yourself).
