UTAH JUDGE THROWS OUT PERON CASE
CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) -- Fifth District Judge J. Philip Eves ruled Monday that because police entered the motel room of Dennis Peron, John Entwistle, and Kasey Conder, on Nov. 14, 2001, without a search warrant, none of the evidence seized could be used during trial.

The greedy medical industry (the same ones who bring us the WOD) are also heavily invested in California prisons and jails doing drug "reaearch" etc.They weave a wicked web.

    The staph infections come from prisoners living in cramped quarters and not taking enough showers. The pharmaceutical companies don't profit from infections they can't treat. But the rest of us are now at risk!
