Canada's Drug Strategy Must Include Safe Cannabis Cafes. The BC regional consultation for the Canada Drug Strategy is happening Thursday, September 23rd and Friday, September 24th. Topics to be discussed inlude safe-injection sites and crack inhalation sites, but despite everything going on here these days, not cannabis! So on Thursday September 23rd, at High Noon, we are going to Highjack the Conference and let them know that what Vancouverites really want is safe access to good cannabis and friendly places to smoke it!
