It hasn't been decriminalized yet. They said by "year's end". But it looks worse than what he had before...we can once again thank the neo-fascist Americans for that and their CA sidekicks (ie: agents).

Its a mad mad world!!! The amount of schizophrenic loonitized insanity people can spew out and then be normalized by the masses is amazing. The world is full of so many people who are just completely wacked out kooky nuts. If the world was halfway grown up and sane, these people wouldn’t even be loose to go around harming others. It speaks volumes about how large the degree of bigotry and irresponsibility is at the core of humans.
