GOOSE CREEK, S.C., Nov. 7 — Police stormed into Stratford High School early Wednesday and ordered students to the ground as they conducted a search for drugs and weapons. The search came up empty, and now the school’s principal, who was concerned about a problem with "marijuana" at the school, is facing questions about whether the show of force was necessary. Special Thanks to Newshawk Marley for this link. Pot-TV More shows from Newshawks

Re: Newshawks: School drug raid causes uproar
FrankDiscussion,
Tue Nov 11 15:19:01 2003 I have the suspicion that police forces use these low risk situations as a "live" training exercise for possible future "terror" situations.

GreenieMcBudsky,
Mon Nov 10 15:58:54 2003 That is one police department that should seriously consider cutting back on the go pills. It's a wonder they didn't shoot any of those kids. Principal McCrackhead and all those cops need to be frog marched into court and tried with violating the civil rights of these young Americans. It will be interesting to see what does (or does not) happen down there in Goose Creek.
