It may at first seem like good news that the very few who made it through the rigorous regulations to be considered a medical user are able to go to, not thier Doctor who wants no part of it because he cannot regulate dose or know the quality of the particular batch of herb , that the Pharmasists have taken up the call.
When they discovered all the labeled strains according to illness Steve Tuck gave Health Canada to Prairie Power Systems and what police confiscated off Marc Emery and others but threw away the labels .With no experience growing pot as part of their resume'they soon found out Cannabis comes in many forms and can range wildly in potency.
They thought they would counter that by grinding up the stalk and leave and seeds and all into what is now known as Flin Flon or Flim Flam shwagg.
Hilary Black has shown a bag of it off on POT-TV.net you'd need to rehydrate it to smoke it and its tested at 10 %. Their charging patients I think 150.00 for it but I wonder what price hike pharmasists will add as their dispensing fee ?
The government tends to give with one hand while taking away with the other. As they move towards ,not Legalization Nor decriminalization, but towards Drug law Reform .
They allow organized crime to prosper by scareing off all the Ma and Pa growers who tend to mind their garden better than commercial growers with higher maximum sentances for those growing over 50 'plants' .
They also with this latest proposal remove the right of the patient to allow someone else to grow for them.
Or, for a grower to grow for three patients.
(As if a grower is going to allow police to inspect anytime just so he can grow for you for nothing.)
I smell a rat in Parliment. Remember it was the Reform Party and Randy White of the Alliance who brought up the issue of drugs and crime in parliment to begin with and sabataged the parlimentary commitee on illegal drugs ignoring senate report.
Know they had no good intentions to help any of the 'undeserving poor' or the persecuted and sick. discuss this show in the CC forums >
