John Kerry has totally sold out
Fnord_Prefect,
Sun Jun 13 11:46:00 2004 Ollie North never went to jail! If you're not going to bother to get basic facts right, don't talk about politics.
John Kerry says that he'll stop raids on medical marijuana? So what. Bush said that medical pot was a state rights issue.
There is no difference between Kerry and Bush on Iraq policy. Supreme court justices? Don't ever trust the Democrats.
Do you think that the Democrats, who started bombing the fuck out of and poisoning South Vietnam, care about the people of Nepal? To them, they're just another group of brown-skinned untermenschen to crush and extract a pound of flesh out of. Carter rallied support for My Lai mass rapist and murder Lt. William Calley. (London Sunday Times Magazine, April 23, 1989. It's on the last page of the file.) Carter started the war in Afganistan by funding terrorists. Carter foreign policy advisor Samuel Huntington supported the use of mass terrorization of the populace of South Vietnam as a means of winning the war there. And Carter is considered to be a wimp by mainstream political opinion. Rand Beers makes things look like John Kerry's foreign policy will be little different.
And the fact is that unless you are in what is called a battleground state, voting for a third party will have no effect on what matters, the Electoral College. It's a confusing and corrupt system, but it doesn't mean that you can't game it.
In American politics, what's important is participating in mass movements that keep the bastards in check. Don't waste your time or energy on the Democrats or Republicans as organizations. Voting in presidential elections may have little effect, but it also is quick and easy so its not too bad. But that should only be a sideline to your political activities.

Thomas_F_Sima,
Fri Jun 11 10:53:39 2004 [quote Kerry is his top vote.<
Are you nuts? Kerry is no different then Bush, in fact they are Skull and Bones blood brothers, and their secret society comes first before their duity to their contry.
After 100 years of these two parties, haven't you had enough?
I suggest that you and every one in the states, vote for anything but the two party system.
Dem's and Repugs, are no different then the conserv's and the lib's here in Canada.
It's all about control and power and the bringing of one world government.
If you don't have marshal law before the election, it will come if either of these two get in.
These people will send you and your family to war, to die for their greater goals, which have nothing to do with freedom, except it's control. There is no freedom when mixed with control.
You can bet the drug war will escilate with these two, just as it will in Canada if anything but the NDP get elected.
Freedom is becoming a thing in our imagination.
Good is bad, right is wrong, and the lie will be the biggest campain propaganda.
