At least 23-individuals involved in Tucson's Dominguez Drug Trafficking Ring were arrested and booked into the Pima County Jail on various drug charges.
The Counter-Narcotics Alliance says the drug trafficing organization, led by Maria Isabel Dominguez-Anaya who was one of the many arrested Tuesday, is responsible for brokering multi-ton quantities of marijuana across town. Pot-TV
