The news was all over this one - chopper footage, quotes from Mayor Larry Campbell, Vancouver Police spokesperson Constable Sarah Bloor, Rich Coleman, community members, David Malmo Levine, Lourn Mcleod, Ryan and Gary Trigg about this 6 person SWAT team style arrest with over 30 cruisers and 60 - 100 cops blocking off Commercial drive.
Da Kine is open again today and smoking as usual - support this Vansterdam style business and stand up for this cause if you want Vancouver to stay green!

Thanks once again Flash and Crew for the most excellent coverage anywhere! Don't the V.P.D. work for the city? Why are they spending your tax money trying to enforce federal law? Da Kine, The Spirit Within and Mayor Campbell should be applauded for trying to end the black market mentality of the previous century. Too bad the media found out . . . who told them anyway.

After watching this and hearing Mr. Malmo-Lavine speak about the pharmecutical thingy, and other things he has said in his shows... I'm not sure about how *exactly* the best way to gain people to your side is, but yelling out stuff like that might not be the best way.
Da Kine, if I wasn't working and in school all the time (or living in Victoria), I'd be out there supporting you. But until then, think about what you say if cameras are around. You seem a bit *too* loonie to me, but that might be the fact that I lean towards conservative values on most things. discuss this show in the CC forums >
