The thing i hate about 'debates' is the new agency or whatever hosts it never leaves enough time for people to lay out an argument. I guess they think that the "fast pace" give it more intensity and is more appealing to an audience. Personally, it drives me nuts. The debaters always end up yelling at each other and constantly interrupting each other to get the tiniest "sound bites" out rather than cogent arguments. Which basically renders it more of a 'whitty one liner' contest rather than a debate and its too bad.
Course none of that is your fault chris, and considering the circumstances i think you did great.
