The White House worried that Andrea Barthwell did not get enough response from her marijuana lectures = (US Government Marijuana Propaganda), they had to rush in US Drug Czar, John P. Walter into Springfield IL. at the last minute to testify at the hearing.
Reps. Howard and Flowers did get a chance to fill Mr. Walters in on why, and how they would vote on HB 407.
The House Bill failed 4 - 7, and is still in committee.
