OTTAWA - The RCMP's top officer called marijuana grow operations "a plague on our society" as other justice officials urged a crackdown on criminals who run them in the wake of Thursday's murder of four Alberta officers.

The real reality is that the Prohibition Stance of Ann McLellan and Chief Zaccardelli are more responsible for the deaths of the 4 Officers in Albereta, than any living marijuana user or grower!

Zaccardelli blamimg grow ops for the deaths of these four officers is like Nero blaming Christians for the fire of Rome. Find a scapegoat on whom you can blame all your problems. Nero did it to the Christians, Hitler did it to the Jews, and now Zaccardelli's doing it to the cannabis culture. What a disgusting and immoral man!

It is my opinion that this statement is an over-simplification of the tragedy that occurred in Alberta. Those officers did not deserve to die. Their death was not the result of prohibition (it may have contributed to the criminal element of involvement), but blame for their deaths rests on the new decaying corpse of the inhumane individual that valued his MJ crop more than he valued the lives of his fellow man.

Likewise, Zaccardelli's accusation that grow ops are a plague on our society, is another example of a government official scapegoating harmless grow ops and not directing the responsibility for the senseless murder of good people toward the corrupt individual who killed them. It is probable that a person capable of taking the lives of other humans to protect his currently illegal livlihood would kill again under other circumstances.
