DALLAS -- Two teenagers accused of making THC-laced muffins that sent 19 Lake Highlands High School staffers to the hospital bonded out of jail Thursday after turning themselves in earlier in the day.
Joey Tellini and Jan Walker, both 18, left the Lew Sterret Justice Center in Dallas on $7,500 bond.
