Description
There's piracy on the High C....cannabis that is!
Join Marijuana Man for the multi-part series about how the business of prohibition is run in Surrey, BC where the RCMP, Fire fighters and BC Hydro have teamed up to mislead the public into believing grow-ops are dangerous. They do so only to plunder a huge treasure awaiting them in the form of millions of dollars in fines and service charges.
All fronted by the Fire Chief of Surrey who is merely a puppet of the RCMP...with the claims he makes, he can't help but have his pants burst into flames.
