I have a problem starting to develop on the stems of a couple of my babies. 3 of 4 plants (all same strain of a Romulan cross) in one of my flood bins are starting to rot at the base of the plant. My specs: 430 Son Agro, flood type hydro system, general hydro at a fairly aggressive mix, temp about 70-75 degrees, humidity steady around 45-50%, with good air circulation. The plants have been thriving with node lengths being the tightest I've gotten yet. All leaves appear to be a nice deep green color with no signs of burn or rot (2 of the plants look perfect, with one showing a very slight leaf curling). But the first 1/4 inch or maybe 1/2 inch of growth above the oasis cubes is turning brown, flakey and thinning. I see no signs of mites or any other type of bug. The room is very sanitary as well. Started doing this about 3 days ago and now its looking pretty serious. This will be my 5th harvest and I've not seen this in the past. Any ideas?

have you flushed with plain water yet, to control any possible toxic buildup of soduim or chroline. are u checking your ppm and ph regularly.maybe a bit more oxygen is your res may help also,Id do a flush asap. peace
