The GH 3 part nutes have the recipe on the bottle..
FLORA MICRO Cuttings & Seedlings ----- 1/4 tsp per gallon Vegetative Growth ----- 2 tsp per gallon Blooming & Flowering ----- 2 tsp per gallon
FLORA GRO Cuttings & Seedlings ----- 1/4 tsp per gallon Vegetative Growth ----- 3 tsp per gallon Blooming & Flowering ----- 1 tsp per gallon
FLORA BLOOM Cuttings & Seedlings ----- 1/4 tsp per gallon Vegetative Growth ----- 1 tsp per gallon Blooming & Flowering ----- 3 tsp per gallon
Always Mix Flora Micro First, then add the other two.
I would put my plants in bubblers when you see the roots growing through the bottom of your planting medium (ie rockwool)
Hope this helps!
Peace
