were can i find the scrog method, i've read alot of the posts but can't find scrog, i've read that if you grown entirely with floros to get a high yield you must use the scrog method, also i appreciate everyone's help honestly i do but with all the good info i don't know exactely what to do i read that if you use floros that your plants will reach for the light and that to control height and to help the plants bottoms to get light you must bend the stalk if so were do you bend, how old does plant need to be or can someone who grows entirely with floros give me a quik lesson on growing with floros again i appreciate everyone's help and patience. thanks newbe
