grams per watt, or grams per sq ft.?please help

using a 4 ft sq space with 4 plants each in their own bubbler/drip system bucket and 620 watts total to equal 40 watts per square ft. how much could a person expect to yield from them if they are topped at the 5th internode (only if a fast growing sativa)(if it is indica i want to let it go main cola style)and budded from then on out? does any body have a general formula for gram per watt or gram per square foot to measure the effiency of the garden
