prblem with a plant new [Post#: 122174 ]  

I need somw help...
My bubbler plant is getting some kinda spots on the leaves
like burning spots,i using a w1000 lamp but its about 2 1/2
feet a way.
I dont know what to do next ...

Could be many things..did you splash any nute solution on them.This will cause burn spots under big lights.Check closely for critters,both sides of leaves.Could be start of overfert.Make sure nute levels are within spec and also make sure ph of nute solution is correct.Also your light can go closer than 2.5 ft.Lower gradually until you can get them as close to the plants without burning them.You should be able to drop it another foot or so.Keep a fan blowing across the tops of plants at all times..IMHO..PEACE..

That tin foil could be creating hot spots under the leaves. If you need to reflect the light back upwards (not always a good idea esp. when they're young), ditch the aluminum and paint 'em flat white.
