Membership cards are being printed on hemp, contain a preserved leaf and are laminated. They won't be ready until after the election, which is absorbing all the time & money. Also, members will receive a package of every item used in the current campaign in the mail in the next 10 days.
Tax receipts will go out in the next 14 days.

Anyone who sends $25 ($18 US) for membership (eligible anywhere in the world) will receive a sticker, button, poster, 3 brochures and after the election, a laminated 2001 membership card.
Send $25 CN ($18 US) to:
BC Marijuana Party,
307 West Hastings,
Vancouver, B.C., Canada V6B 1H6
Tax receipts only to BC residents.
If you want to help in the campaign, look at the website and call up the candidate for your riding. Each candidate has a web page, with their phone number. Call them. Hand out BCMP pamphlets. Write letters to the editor. Get your friends and parents and family of voting age to get out and vote for the Marijuana Party. Send $5 , $10 or $25 (membership). Find us a candidate in Kamloops, its one of the 14 ridings of 79 where we don't have a candidate. So far, as of today, we have 65 candidates in 79 ridings.

What's the current status on sending the tax receipts and other material. No doubt, you're all a bit busy now, just a status report.

Do we have another level of contribution that would include the t-shirt? I know tons of people who'd become members just to get a t-shirt.
