I need help concerning a bust a my school. A couple of my friends were caught on video tape by nieghbors "handling" weed during lunch hour. One got suspened for 3 weeks. I would like to know the legality of video taping someone and using it as evidence to suspend someone. No police were called either. I would like any input you have on this.
"Shit, it's the cops, scatter!"

Schools seem to have the right to suspend you for anything. They have no legal constitution that they have to govern by in my eyes. One thing I learned quickly in school is that it is not a democracy in any fashion. Just look at Student councils. They were useless when I was in school and I am sure they are still very useless. I found the best thing in school is to keep a low profile till you get out of there. Because as long as you are a "responsiblity" of them you will have zero rights. And don't expect any help from parents either. Schools seem to have this glowing aura around them. After all they keep those "crazy, out of control teens" off the street and has a large sucess rate in properly "socializing" kids so they can become proper drones of society.
Grrrrr.

With all the happenings going on in school systemsnowadays, merely pissing crooked is looked upon with an evil eye. I mean kids shooting kids, it's getting to be a lil bit much. However ur spreading of peace, is just looked down on because marijuana is lumped in with that other crap , and in some cases even promoted as the "cause" of some of these tragic occurances. The only problem that i have with that, is especially in the U.S. , the government has basically forced our children into growing up on their own. Parents usually both have to work, their is no parental guidance in the afterschool hours like there used to be, I mean i don't hold the parents responsible, but the government forcing these parents to have to work, to afford to have children , keep their homes etcetera etcetera. Children are being blamed for what is being forced upon them early maturity. The government and it's policies as a whole, have caused the majority of these problems , and for god's sake, like the government will admit it. But anyway, ur suspension is just another partaking in this lil hell that the system has provoked from it's citizens, and like a badger backed into a corner, the descisions that they have made for us and our children are getting thrown in their faces. to the government and it's lil cronies who oppress us DEAL WITH IT!
HOW MANY TIMES HAVE U SMILED TODAY? :)
