Salvia Smoke Legal? [Post#: 117219 ]

Salvia Divornium is legal. How come smoking it is illegal?
Does this apply to Canadians?

why is opium or peyote legal to grow but not to harvest? Why can you get away with possesion of fresh mushrooms but not dried? They have laws like that for the people that actualy might like to grow.pick those kind of things that actualy might not have an illegal intension, same goes for salvia. ALthought, from what I have been hearing, because of the booming popularity of salvia there might be a proposition of make it illegal in the near future.

O and P are both COMPLETELY illegal in the USA. Salvia never tried it(I have doubts that it even works, who knows? Not me)

Clayface, Salvia Divinorum DEFINETELY "works". I've heard of a few people who said it didn't work but they were either smoking something else or don't know how to smoke it. The high is very intense compared to cannabis but much quicker in duration. A few of my friends found Salvia to be TOO intense for their liking. I made a Salvia extract that had me tripping my nuts off. It's not, however, a party drug. I only do it with close friends.

As odd as it may sound, I am trying to get two very old friends to stop smoking crack and to try salvia as a substitute. They can clearly admit that they are addicted to it but they say the reason they chronicaly do it isnt to 'feed' the addiction but just because its so cheap and fun they say, but I brought some salvia over and they said its nothing in comparison they want me to order them some (they dont have a comp let alone access to the net) when they go cold turkey this summer to pass the time. Not only that but he says he is going to see if the rumors are true that LSD helps with crack withdrawl, I told him that was with heroin but he is a farly percistant guy, who knows?

I am farily posative that O is legal to grow but not to harvest in Canada, (know peyote is for sure though) but have never gotten any actual hard answer about it. Anyone give me any? hehe damn this is the last time I post on a forum while on mushrooms,. Later, Yann.

I know that growing Peyote is legal in Canada.

Does anyone know for sure that growing Opium is OK in Canada?

I heard conflicting rumors of Magic Mushrooms legality in Canada. I know that dried shrooms are illegal in Canada. What about cultivation and fresh shrooms?

Cultivation is illegal but possesion of fresh mushrooms can be passed as "I didnt know what they were, I just like picking and eating fresh mushrooms" and they cant prove that you knew what they were, but I am pretty sure that there are circumstances about it.

Think of it this way. Does a cop know what a Salvia plant looks like? Of course not. As long as your not selling it to school children your gonna be fine.

"Shit, it's the cops, scatter!"
