Dude you may have a problem with your plumbing. That a long time to go with out coming. I don't think it has anything to do with pot smoking. You might want to check with a doctor. You might of had some kind of childhood illness or smashed the gonads or have some kind of nerve damage. Do you ride a bike every day or do mountain biking? Small repeated blows to the jewels can go undetected and later cause problems.
The herb you might want to try is Korean gensing, stay away from that Siberian shit. It not even the same family of plant.

It's all about breathing techniques and rythm. I find I can cum quicker if I keep a steady rythm and slowly increase or decrease it. Also maintaining a good breathing pattern helps too.
I can usually go 30 minutes or better before nut 1, after that... it takes about 45 to an hr. Which is just fine with the both of us :)
