I actually think that a Sex & Drugs magazine would be more marketable than Cannabis Culture... it would have a a wider appeal. I figure if you don't smoke pot then CC is likely not going to be too interesting for you. But if you have little sex and few drugs you're likely still interested in reading about others sex/drug experiences.
Here's the kinds of articles we'd do:
* which drugs are good for sex, which are bad, and why
* reproduction and health drug issues- (fertility, birth defects, etc)
* prescription drug updates
* legality and censorship issues
* busts and police harassment
* profiles of sex-clubs, drug-clubs, sex-drug clubs
* historical stories of ancient sacred drug-sex orgies
* stories and profiles of people who have lots of sex and drugs (prostitutes, eligious groups, hedonists, etc)
* Pictorials of drugs and sex together. Both sexy beautiful people, and realistic people too.
That's the kind of magazine I visualize.

Don't worry about CC getting all cheezy and sexy. We do use pretty faces to sell magazines (like on our covers, and the website budbabes) but I don't think our pictures or sex-pot articles are gratuitous.
I don't intend on changing CC, but there's stories and ideas about drugs and sexuality that I'd like to cover.
I believe that sex and drugs are the two most sacred, magical things humans can experience. I'd like to open up these topics to debate and exploration.

Can you ONLY get off having sex when you're high? I'm a regular pot smoker and theres much to be said about having sex while high AND about having sex while not being high -- both fun and beautiful --
In concept, it sounds that you are REALLY talking about a fetish mag here.
I've never read CC so I cant comment on it
