Grill, baste, blast. [Post#: 63277 / re: 62875 ]

First off if your one of those people who can't eat heaps of weed read no further. This is for you Fungle. It serves two.

Ingredients:

Two big buds with strong flavour/aroma
Heaps of Fridays buzzin butter
Some ground up leaf
Two capsicans
Some mushrooms
Mashroom sauce
Six eggs
Two peices of scotch fillet steak
A bottle of port
A bottle of an oak flavoured red wine (Australian preferably)

Method:

Cut capsicans in half, remove seeds, and place some Butter in them. Place capsicans on the grill rack along with the buds. Insert a drip tray under the rack. Take heaps of butter and melt, in a bowel, in the microwave. Turn grill on high and continuosly baste, with a long handle spoon, the buds with the butter and port. When the shit starting to char place two of the capsican halfs and one of the buds on a plate each. Put the plates on the rack and turn the grill down enough so it'll keep shit hot. Now pour whats in the drip pan into a big ass frying pan. Add more butter if you want. Fry your steak, mushrooms and eggs in this pan. Put the food on their respective plates and leave them in the grill. Take a small sauce pan and tip the liqued in the fry pan, if the eggs didn't absorb it all, add more butter and the mushroom sauce. Heat and pour over the steak and mushroom. Garnish with tomatoe and season with ground leaf. Serve with the wine.

No matter how you feel when you've finished just remember your not dead.

The magic kind, i'd hope. But mushrooms of any kind are usually tasty (although i'm not too trusting of those ones that are long with small heads, can't bring myself to bite into one).
