The best thing to do with seeds is plant them! But they are tasty, they just won't get you high.

They are high in proteins and lipids but low in colestrol. I may have read somewhere that they are better for people than anything soy. We used to have a nicce hemp shop here in town that sold various flavored hemp seed snacks, like cajun and bar-b-q, sea salt... Good eats.
