If you cook weed is the high better than smoked? [Post#: 90283 ]  

I want to know if eating a large quantaty will let me achieve peak affects of smoking it for the full 3-4 hour duration

Hi Homegrown,

If you eat a large quantity of cannabis buds, you will acheive an amazing state. It's not comparable to that of smoking because the onset is quite slow and lasts for a long period of time. You do get the same dry mouth though...

Anyways, eating pot gets you really baked, and can be really crazy if you eat lots.

Be sure to eat it on an empty stomach and don't underestimate the power of eating cannabis. After 40-90 min, you will feel it. So don't eat tons thinking you can't feel anything.

Friday's got it exactly right. The "I ate it high" is unique. I've always liked the slow creep, the longevity, and the superior body high. Finally, I've always liked the surprise. You eat it, you "keep on keeping on" and at some point, about 30 minutes later, SURPRISE, you're HIGH!!
