at what point when growing a scrog should the switch to 12/12 be made? when they hit the wire? after some amount of training? at what point should the training stop? when the buds start?

From what I understand, your screen should be 8-12 inches above pots. Once plants reach the screen, you induce flower. Train all thru the stretch keeping the main chutes working toward the outside.(this ensures that site wont be shaded. Hope this helps. Be cool.
