BLOOMING -12 & 12 using a MH, What for using HPS?

When you are using a MH Warm and you change to bloom you go to 12 & 12. What if you switch to HPS since it is for BLOOMING only do you go 12-12 or 18-6 or 24?
I'm sure it is more cost efficient to continue to use the MH and go 12-12, but Don't you get much BIGGER and TIGHTER NUGS by using HPS?

Regardless of light spectrum always flower under 12/12..Hps will give you tighter nugs and generally is better for flowering..Hope this helps.....panama

Thanks panama yea big help I had no Idea the amount
of time needed with HPS.
Is that when I change the Fert at the same time I change the light or before?

Yes you start your bloom fert as soon as you switch to 12/12..IMHO..PEACE..
