How much did I screw up my harvest!!

OK, am I a fool or what!? I realized that my timer has been set on 14hrs of light for the past 2 weeks! How dumb could I be! I was wondering how far this will throw off my harvest date? Another Problem was the plants were streaching during this time and I had to also do severe pinching and bending cause of height constraints. Will I loose size in my final harvest? THANKS!

To answer your first question, no. Shorter periods of daylight as it ages are what the plant would undergo in nature. Turn to 12/12 and relax.
I am a big fan of pruning to prevent bending and such during bud. Having said that, I also have one like a freaking grapevine, I let it stretch so much. The buds are definitely smaller on that plant, but I think overall yield will be the same, and I hope and expect yours will be also.
