Since it's premier pro mix, I'm sure it has added nutrients. There's nothin to do. Let your seed sprout a bit before planting it. Then plant it with the side that the white thing is coming out of down...Water once every 7-10 days..don't overwater..and don't fertilize until about 3-4 weeks. good luck.

Acttually..the Premier pro mix already contains the macro and micronutrients..if you give it added nutrients, the growth will slow almost to hell, and you'll have to fix it. Give it a while..your plant will let you know if it needs to be fertilized.

copied from a website that sells Premier Pro mix..it has the nutes, but it might not have many of them at all. Might want to check..anyway..
Premier Pro Mix Pro-Mix is a general purpose peat based professional growing medium for the cultivation of outdoor, greenhouse, and indoor plants. It is lightweight, uniform and blended to the highest degree of consistancy to provide the necessary conditions for establishing plant growth. Pro-Mix is made with Canadian Sphagnum peat moss, perlite, vermiculite, macro and micro nutrients, dolomatic and calcitic limestone.

I know you can order it off the internet..I've actually never seen it.. I'm almost positive the hydro shops have it and even maybe a real good gardening store, but home depot and lowe's don't have it...good luck.
