CONGRESS COMES AFTER A FEDERAL JUDGE
NATIONAL LAW JOURNAL -- Congress is coming after a federal judge in Minnesota who, it asserts, has let drug offenders off too easily, triggering a tug-of-war over the independence of the judiciary.

KIDS NARKING PARENTS
THE DAILY IOWAN -- Two recent incidents in which children notified school authorities of their parents' drug use are likely to occur more frequently in the future, said one Johnson County law-enforcement official.

NEVADA'S POT DUI LAW QUESTIONED
ASSOCIATED PRESS -- Police and prosecutors clashed Monday with advocates of a bill changing the Nevada law dictating the legal levels of marijuana in a motorist's blood stream. Under the current law, any marijuana use could make it illegal for you to operate a motor vehicle for weeks.
