That is so ridiculous; I hope god punishes that judge. She had to have a feeling deep down inside that what she was doing was wrong but she figured it was only 10 days and would be a good lesson in her Nazi mind, but she jailed him I believe just because she had the power to do so. Just like a police officer or any other person that abuses power, they get some type of rush or power trip from this I believe. For this crime against humanity I hope she pays for what she has done in some way.
I can tell you I would not be sad if someone killed her. But love thy enemy is such a powerful thing to do, and if you could do it in this case it may bring more positive in the end for our cause. It would be very hard to do but I believe we should love this judge (not love her for what terrible thing she has done to one of our people, but love her and pray for her sins to be forgiven for the terrible thing she has done that cannot be ever undone now no matter what action is taken). I don’t believe we should harm or kill anyone because that may be just as wrong as what she did, if she has so much evil inside her I say let god take care of her.
Marc I tell you what got to me the most was one of your blogs a while back about militancy. In that blog you said we were weak people, that really got to me because I seen that this was true in a way. Not enough people stand up for our cause, and if they continue to be silent I believe the only way to win this war against is to do so with force. Not that individual people are weak, we are just weak as a whole group especially here in the US I believe. I kind of wondered if our people would have to actually physically fight to win this war against us, after all some of are already being killed, and many having their lives taken away from them. I don’t think there is any reason to lose faith in our cause because in the end I know we will be victorious, but I do wonder how we will stop or win this was against us.
Marc, I hope you enjoy the rest of your time away from jail. Thank you for taking some of your free time to talk to us while out of jail, that is very kind of you. I appreciate everything you have done especially all the sacrifices you have made.

How do we deal with Judge Retchin, with love? By realizing that she has gone astray from human compassion for whatever reasons, and that she still has a choice, even today after committing murder, to forgive herself, and stop. Otherwise she will harden up and dull her senses in some way, alcohol probably, or something her Dr. prescribes, to deal with the pain of her life. I have read a very good book called The Fifth Sacred Thing, and I would like to recommend their strategy for dealing with mean people. When a person was killed, or imprisoned by the ruling government, then members of the community, and friends and family of the person that was killed/imprisoned follow the person responsible around,"haunting" them, telling them stories of how this now dead/imprisoned person used to enrich their life in day to day ways. In this case, people could find out about Jonathan Magbie, about the good things he did, and the hope and joy that he brought into people's lives. Then, they could "haunt" Judge Retchin with these true images. But, as they are telling Judge Retchin about what a good man Jonathan was, they could also say that Jonathan was a spiritual man, and that he would in some way understand and forgive Judge Retchin, because she has somehow become mislead in her life as to what her proper role as a public servant is. Judge Retchin has to know that she is responsible for Jonathan's death, but that she does not have to choose to do such a thing again. She needs to learn that Jonathan chose cannabis to help him maintain a quality of life in this very stressful world. A choice much healthier than many other choices he could have made, like drinking alcohol, or being prescribed mind numbing anti depressants (like no doubt Judge Retchin will be doing). discuss this show in the CC forums >
