Notice how NOBODY - not Pete Brady, nor the Kubbies, nor Matt Elrod in his Dr. Guy interview defend the right for ANYONE to patent all the strains. This is a mistake. No one should be sued for growing pot - ever.

David, I appreciate the things you've done to promote the rights of cannabis users, but I think you sometimes focus in so much that you don't see the forest for the trees. Though Capitalism may seem unfair, we cannot deny the benefit of its coattails.

Dr. Russo should not stand in the way of SMOKED pot being covered - if it's more effective than GW's "improved cannabinoids", why not? - he doesn't explain how a medical monopoly is "impossible" when industrial hemp breeding is ALREADY monopolized.

One more thing. I want you to remember who it was that warned that industrial hemp would be monopolized and over-regulated out of it's effectiveness. The same thing is now happening to medical pot. Do we have to make the same mistakes all over again?

Where else did asset forfeiture reform get 80% of the vote? Utah police can no longer keep the money from the property stolen from marijuana growers.

Let's hope this seduction doesn't turn into rape.

Scientific point: on Saturday April 26 @10:32AM
Is there any evidence that a standardized cannabinoid is optimal? Perhaps cannabis works best when it is naturally variable and adapted by the users/growers.

Excellent definition of of the states' rights being usurped by the "Southern" mindset of the feds, Steve!! Though we do have a big problem with white supremicism, racism and fundamentalism being incubated in our massive Calif. state prison system.

And just think: on Saturday April 26 @1:47PM
The US prison system is the biggest sodomizer in the world. Brought to you by Christians who believe sodomy is a sin, and Democrats who are against rape when it happens to women.

Lest we not forget: on Saturday April 26 @1:49PM
The epidemic of untreatable staph infections now being spread from prisoners to guards to locker rooms and schools. That's also something incubating in prisons.

Steve, what a pleasure it is to have you back. Though Michelle has been doing a magnificent job on her own (with the help of her friends) there's nothing like you two as a team. You guys are great!

Mr. Malmo-Levine, would ya cut it out already. I know that you're intelligent, but it seems to work against you at times. Please tell me you've heard of the concept of compromise.? (no more references, Please!?)
