Thanks for everyones input. Should there be any problems with one plant, one bubbler, per one square foot ? Six buckets in a 2'x3' area.

Forum, It is not possible. You stated yourself that the bucket is 12" in circumference. At the most you could fit would be 3 considering you are working with a footprint of 5 square feet. I posted the pic of my grow area, which is the same size as you wish to grow in. As you can see three plants are too much, I don't think I could fit another bucket in there if I tried. I can't tell you who to listen too, but anyone who claims to have flowered 10 clones in a 12" circle is yanking your crank.
Plants grown in a bubbler are huge, plain and simple. If you plan to keep plants small, flower them young or you'll suffer from lack of light penetration and air circulation which will cause a lot of dead vegetation, rot and mold.

Just a thought, I am building an enclosure similar to yours, is it possible scrog your plants by using a removable frame with wire, and would that give you additional room for another plant or two, would that have any advantages over your present system? The bubblers would be on a small wheeled platform with the removable wire frame, allowing access to bubblers without disturbing the plants, too much.

Hey thats not a bad idea! I have made a few bubblers out of 4 gallon square buckets (sold with kitty litter in them) and these would allow you to put a few extra's in there for a ScroG setup. I really like the idea of the roll out platform, however the screen must support the plants in a safe manner while you are changing nutrients. I was seriously thinking about doing a ScroG my next time around, but I bought some new equipment recently and the only way for me to utilize it would be to either modify my current cabinet size or build something bigger and better. I will definitely keep everyone posted on my decision K_K
If you have any prototypes in the making, try and post a pic. I'll do the same...

I guess it is possible to harvest the same amount from doing it both ways, either get alot of bud from several large plants, or get a little bud from each little plant and just grow more in the area you have.
It seems like it would be easier to take care of several big plants, than alot of little ones.
But I could be wrong!!

Basic math dictates that 2'x3' is six square feet. L x W = ft2. If a bucket is 12", same formula L x W = 1 square ft. So I could put six, im just not sure if I should. I was thinking maybe just four. I saw in the PPP some white lightning I think. Short, QP yield, and it wasnt much wider than the pot was. So I thought, if that could be reproduced times six, great.

obviously you didnt read my whole post... ive grown in a bubbler before, i know how big the plants get. as for yanking his chain, no. whether or not you believe me matters not a bit, but 8-9 plants flowered per sq ft IS extremely possible.
the plants were flowered very short and were very narrow (trimmed). my clones were 1/20th the size of your frikkin bushes, so obviously maynard, he wouldnt be able to fit 8-9 plants per bucket... wake up.
you shouldnt give advice on shit you obviously arent experienced in!

Hey Moderator, Silly mistake on my part with the math, lol, but why not stick six empties in there and see if they fit? If they do, just flower them young and everything should be fine. Topping them will cause them to bush out, so avoid this at all costs.

You apply Co2 to seedlings and you are giving advice? You come here and change the topic of the subject and continually challenge advice given by other growers and expect to gain what? You claim to have grown 9 clones in a 1 foot area and you expect me to believe it worked because you trimmed them? Trimmed them of what? All it's fan leaves? Last I knew plants required fan leaves for photosynthesis and photorespiration. Let me guess, your plants are the exeption to science? If your project works so well, why are you not still doing it? It's simple, you suffered a shitty yield and probably some shitty tasting smoke. Now your trying to push your shit on someone else, so when they have problems and ask questions you can tune in for the advice you so badly need to make this work. P.S.you shouldn't post off topic, especially being inexperienced, it only causes trouble like this. 1 more thing, I have proven my experience, you should know you have already started taking my advice on Co2. Experience would have told you that seedlings cannot utilize the additional Co2, so stop emptying your mommas sugar bowl.
