Need a womans advice

OK, I'm going to ask out this girl, problem is I haven't seen her for a year and four months, even then I only had conversations with her half a dozen times. She did have a crush on me at the time though, does that help? Anyway, I was thinking back to that time in my life and remembered her, how beautiful she was, what a sweet girl she was, I couldn't for the life of me think why I didn't ask her out, now, for some reason I can't quite discover, I want to get to know this girl, I'm going to get in touch with her and see if she'll go out with me. She was very attractive so this could all be in vain, she could have someone else, I hope not. So, I need some help, it seems such an odd thing to do, asking someone out who I hardly knew after all this time, I have no idea how to approach this, know idea what she'll think or how she'll react. I don't want to stuff this up, I want this girl. Thank you all.
I can only ask her out over the phone, I do know where she works, or did at least, but asking her there would be a mistake.

You are sort of in a weak position if you don't understand why you are now
so motivated. Women can sense out desparateness or weirdness. Generally
they are persued so understand the nature of the persuers. I am not a woman
but women make sense to me and they are great. Persuit is always a problem
so its best to at least have a good idea of one's own point.
When they legalize we still will produce better medicine. This is medical advise.

What makes you think I'm a desperate person? I wasn't "desperate" enogh to ask her out at the time, I'm sure there was a reason I didn't, I can't remember.
I wouldn't call ringing someone up ans asking them out persuit.

Don't jump all over him because you are too insecure to go and ask some girl out. Next time go ask your shrink for advice and DON'T POST IN THE WRONG FORUMS! The last thing seeds and strains needs is some puke whining about how to ask a girl out.

You are on the right track only you need to e-mail HER anonymously and tell her how much you like her and want to get wit her. If that dont work ( or even if it do ) stand out side her apartment and take pictures of her as she walks to her car. If she trys to talk you, run away...

Anon, I am going to ask her, there's no question of that. Like most people who ask a girl out I want her to say yes, unlike most people who ask a girl out I haven't seen her for over a year, all I wanted was some advice on how to deal with this and some idea of how she might react from a female perspective, so I might know how to respond, instead I get advice on stalking from this wakko broad.
Well, thanks for the advice odorless, but I'm afraid I'm not like you. I think it's quite normal to want the girl you ask out. I'd hate to be on the recieving end of your affections, you've probably got a couple of screws up in your head loose.
