roots on clones

I have a cutting that's about 10 days old. Has 4 sets of leaves and the top. Lower leaves are completely yellow, and the next ones up are mostly yellow. Top and next set are fine. Cutting is in a clear tupperware bowl with peat/verm/perl. There are no visible roots from the bottom of the bowl, how do I know when there's enough roots to support the clone without a humidity dome?

Hey Wolf..I never use a dome ever..Yours being 10 days old will do fine without one.2-3 light mistings a day will suffice.Watch the mix doesn't dry out.Keep moist not wet and you should see roots any day,if they haven't already started. You may not be able to see them...IMHO..PEACE..
