I cannot figure what these "spots" are coming from. They keep popping up on my plants randomly. They might look rust colored in the picture, but they are more of a brown/light yellow. Any Ideas??? Thanks!!!

Hey 420..You've got yourself an overfert problem happening.I've had it a couple times.Looked just like your pics.Flush medium well with straight ph'd water.Make a new fert solution, and start with 1/4 strength, properly ph'd for your type of grow.Try this,it should help.If it doesn't get any worse and new growth is fine, carry on,just be careful not to overfert again. If problem persists, come back, but bring along more info on your grow..IMHO..PEACE..

Thanks all for the replys!! I was at the local hydro store today and asked them what it could be, and they said it was toxins building up in my resivour. They said I was going too long in between changing the solution. See, I only have a 15 gallon res. and was changing it every 2 weeks. They suggested that I change it every week to avoid this problem. Actually first they told me to get a bigger res., but I really do not have the room. The toxins being by-products of the nutrient solution- Any one else hear of this??? They also suggested for max nutrient uptake to keep my pH at 6.0-6.2. I always thought it should be around 5.8 - 6.0. Any thought on this too?? Thanks again - PEACE
